Nothing, honestly — but if you have a recent test result, the number and test date help us quote accurately on the first call. Useful extras: your town and neighborhood, foundation type if you know it (basement, crawlspace, slab, or some mix), whether the lower level is finished, and whether the home is on a private well. If you don't know any of that, we'll figure it out together in about three minutes.
On a Real-Estate Deadline? Say So First.
Objection deadlines don't wait, and we treat transaction calls accordingly. Tell us your dates — inspection objection, resolution deadline, closing — and we'll tell you immediately whether the timeline works, whether you need a licensed continuous-monitor test or a mitigation quote, and what the typical who-pays arrangements look like.
