Privacy Policy

This is a plain-language description of what information aspenradonmitigation.com collects and what we do with it. The short version: we collect only what we need to respond to your service request, we use it only for that purpose, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What We Collect

When you contact us, we collect what you give us:

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may also log basic technical data such as pages visited and general device/browser information.

How We Use It

We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your service request and provide radon testing and mitigation services — scheduling, quotes, follow-ups, and records of work performed. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except for the service providers that make our phone, text, form, and scheduling systems work.

Text Messages (SMS)

If you call, text us, or submit our quote form, you consent to receive text messages from us related to your inquiry — for example, a text-back when we miss your call, scheduling confirmations, and follow-ups about your quote. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect our ability to help you by phone or email.

Call Recording

Calls to our number may be recorded so we can quote accurately, keep good records of what was promised, and improve how we handle inquiries. If you'd prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we'll take notes instead.

Keeping and Deleting Your Information

We keep contact records as long as they're useful for serving you (for example, warranty and service history on an installed system). If you'd like your contact information corrected or deleted, email us and we'll take care of it, subject to records we're required to keep.
